Terms & Conditions: International Treatment Packages

1. Who these terms are with

These terms govern international dental treatment packages provided by Dr. Yusuf İşler at Adil Dent, Akşemsettin Mah., Akdeniz Cd. No:101a, 34080 Fatih, İstanbul, Türkiye (“the Practice”, “we”). By paying a deposit you accept these terms.

2. Your quote and what a package includes

• You receive a fixed, itemised written quote after Dr. İşler reviews your case (in person or remotely via X-ray/CBCT on WhatsApp).
• A package typically includes: the agreed clinical treatment, the stated implant/restoration brands and components (with lot numbers), and the named aftercare and records package.
• Unless expressly listed, a package does not include flights, travel insurance, or non-dental costs. Accommodation and transfers are included only if stated in your quote.

3. Deposits and payment

• A deposit in the amount stated in your written quote is required to reserve treatment dates and lab time.
• The balance is payable per the schedule in your written quote.
• Fixed quotes hold provided your clinical situation has not changed at examination. If in-person examination reveals a materially different clinical picture, we will re-quote before proceeding and you may decline.

4. Changes, cancellation and refunds

• If you cancel, refund eligibility depends on notice given and costs already committed (e.g. custom lab work, ordered components). The specific cancellation window and refundable portion are stated in your written quote.
• We may reschedule for clinical or safety reasons and will offer the earliest alternative.

5. Warranty

Treatments carry the written, multi-year warranty set out in your treatment documentation. Warranty validity depends on attending recommended check-ups, reasonable oral hygiene, and (where prescribed) wearing a night guard. Exclusions typically include trauma, smoking-related failure and uncontrolled systemic conditions. See the warranty certificate issued with your records for the binding terms.

6. Complications and clinical outcomes

• Dentistry carries inherent clinical risk; outcomes cannot be guaranteed and results vary between individuals (see the Medical Disclaimer).
• If a complication arises, contact us promptly via WhatsApp. We provide remote follow-up and will advise on management, which may require you to be seen locally or to return to İstanbul.
• Your obligation to follow post-operative and maintenance instructions is a condition of warranty cover.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the direct cost of remedying defective treatment under the warranty. We are not liable for travel, accommodation or consequential losses.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and consumer arbitration boards of İstanbul (Fatih) shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
