Coordinator & Languages for International Patients

Medically reviewed by Dr. Yusuf İşlerLast updated:

Quick answer

You can message our clinic directly on WhatsApp in Turkish, English or German. Dr. İşler answers clinical questions himself, while a patient coordinator handles travel, appointments and logistics. During Istanbul clinic hours (roughly 09:00–18:00, Mon–Sat) we usually reply within a few hours, and by the next morning for messages sent overnight. There is no call centre. The person you chat with is part of the small team that treats you.

Who actually answers when you message us?

When you write to us on WhatsApp there is no call centre in between: you reach the team that will treat you. Clinical questions such as your X-ray, treatment options, the plan and the price are answered by Dr. İşler personally. Travel, appointments and day-to-day logistics are looked after by a patient coordinator, so nothing falls between the two.

Which languages can we help you in?

You can write in Turkish, English or German, whichever you are most comfortable in. Dr. İşler speaks all three, so your clinical questions are answered directly rather than passed through a translation app. That matters when you are weighing up options like an implant versus a bridge and want to be sure nothing is lost in translation.

How quickly will you hear back?

During Istanbul clinic hours (roughly 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Saturday) we usually reply within a few hours. Messages you send in the evening or overnight are normally answered by the next morning, Istanbul time. If something is urgent, we tell you clearly at the outset what to do and who to contact.

How does the coordinator support travel and logistics?

Once your plan and quote are agreed, the coordinator helps line up the practical side: suggesting the best days to fly around your appointments, recommending hotels close to the clinic, and arranging airport and clinic transfers. You book and pay for your own flights and room, so you keep full control of cost and choice while we handle the scheduling around your treatment.

What happens after you fly home?

You keep the same WhatsApp contact after you leave, so follow-up questions go to people who already know your case. Anything clinical still reaches Dr. İşler directly, and we provide a full records package (X-rays, materials and implant lot numbers) so your dentist at home can pick up your care with everything they need.

  1. 1

    Send your first message

Message the clinic on WhatsApp with a short note about what you would like to fix. A photo helps, but it is optional at this stage.

  2. 2

    Clinical review by Dr. İşler

Send a panoramic X-ray or CBCT scan when you can. Dr. İşler reviews it personally and tells you honestly what is realistic.

  3. 3

    Fixed, itemised quote

You receive a written plan and a fixed, itemised quote in your own language, with the implant brands and options set out clearly.

  4. 4

    Travel and logistics

The coordinator helps you choose dates, suggests nearby hotels and arranges airport and clinic transfers around your appointments.

  5. 5

    During your stay and after

You keep the same contact throughout, so questions during treatment (and any follow-up once you are home) go to people who know your case.

What you get

  • A real person on the other end: Dr. İşler for anything clinical, a coordinator for logistics. No automated call centre.
  • We answer in whichever of Turkish, English or German you are most comfortable with.
  • In Istanbul clinic hours we aim to reply on WhatsApp within a few hours, and by the next morning for overnight messages.
  • The clinician who plans your treatment online is the same one who performs it in the chair.

Frequently asked questions

Which languages can I message you in?
You can write to us in Turkish, English or German, whichever feels most natural. Dr. İşler speaks all three, so clinical questions are answered in your own language rather than through a translation app.
Will I speak to Dr. İşler or a salesperson?
Anything clinical (your X-ray, treatment options, the plan and the quote) is answered by Dr. İşler himself. A patient coordinator helps with the practical side, but there is no commission-based sales team pushing you to book.
How quickly do you reply on WhatsApp?
During Istanbul clinic hours, roughly 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday, we usually reply within a few hours. Messages sent in the evening or overnight are normally answered by the next morning, Istanbul time.
Can the coordinator help me arrange flights and a hotel?
Yes. The coordinator can recommend nearby hotels, advise on the best days to fly around your appointments, and arrange airport and clinic transfers. You book and pay for your own flights and room, so you stay in control of cost and choice.
What if I need help while I'm in Istanbul?
You keep the same WhatsApp contact throughout your stay, so you can reach us about appointments, directions or any concern after treatment. If anything clinical comes up, Dr. İşler is reachable rather than a stranger.
Is there a charge for the WhatsApp consultation?
No. The initial remote assessment from your X-ray or CBCT, and the fixed itemised quote that follows, are provided free before you decide to travel. You only commit once you are happy with the written plan.
