What happens on each day?

Preparation and temporaries follow, then a free day while the on-site lab finishes your veneers, before the try-in and permanent fitting. Nothing is bonded permanently until the fit, bite and colour look right to you in natural daylight.

Why implants usually mean two trips

A dental implant has to fuse to the jawbone before it can carry a crown. This healing, called osseointegration, takes 2–4 months. That is why implants are planned as two visits: the implant is placed on the first trip, and the crown is fitted on a shorter second trip once the bone has healed.
